The East Greenbush Community Library is seeking a dynamic, community-focused individual who is technologically savvy, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and works well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing excellent reference service and readers advisory at a busy public service desk. Electronic collection development experience is a plus.
Hourly Rate
$24.96-$31.20 (step schedule)
Assignment
This part-time position will consist of every other Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, and Monday evenings from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Additional morning or afternoon hours are possible.

Head of Adult Information Services

Minimum Qualifications
MLS (or equivalent) required from ALA accredited school. Possession of a NYS Public Librarian’s Professional Certificate. This is a civil service position and appointments are provisional.
