Winter Reading 2025 - East Greenbush Community Library

Winter Reading for all ages begins on January 6, 2025!

Bundle up with this year’s Winter Reading Challenge! Enjoy book recommendations and displays, as well as virtual and in-person programs at the library.

Register for the challenge using Beanstack, an online program and app that allows participants to log their reading and complete fun activities for a chance to win raffle prizes. This year’s raffles include gift cards, a Kindle e-reader grand prize for adults, and free books for kids and teens!

For patrons who do not wish to participate online, traditional paper game cards will be available in the library beginning January 6th. Stop in and register to receive your game card.

Online Registration

1. Go to eastgreenbushlibrary.beanstack.org starting January 6th.

2. Click on register an individual or family and enter your information.

3. Register additional family members by choosing add another child or register another adult when prompted.

4. Choose the challenge you would like to participate in, and click register for this challenge. (Note: challenges will not be visible until January 6th).

5. Upon registration, each individual will receive their first badge and be able to begin logging reading & activities!
