Need a document notarized?

A Notary Public is available during select library hours—please call ahead at 518-477-7476 to confirm availability before your visit.

What to bring for Notary services

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

• The complete, unsigned document(s) to be notarized

• All required signers (they must be present)

• Any witnesses required by your document (if applicable)

Please note: Documents must be signed in the presence of the Notary. The library’s Notary cannot provide legal advice or prepare documents.
