Governance

The Board sets policies that ensure transparent, ethical governance and long-term sustainability.

Trustee Election

Trustees are elected by district voters, and East Greenbush residents are encouraged to serve.

Budget Vote

East Greenbush residents vote annually to fund library services, programs, and operations.

Meetings & Agendas

Meetings are held at the library in accessible spaces. Contact us in advance for accommodations.

Board Meeting Documents

Board meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Board packets are posted in advance when possible, minutes are posted following board approval.

Committee Meetings

Services and Administrative committees typically meet on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m respectively.
